Round Base T-nuts
|

Round base t-nuts are much easier to install than
4 prong t-nuts. They are used in most rock climbing gyms because of their strength and the minimal effort required to install. Unlike 4 prong t-nuts you don't need two people to install them properly. You can insert them by hand into the predrilled holes in your climbing wall panels. There are 3 holes in each t-nut which allow you to fasten a couple screws into the wood from behind the wall. These screws will keep the t-nut from spinning when you are tightening your bolts. They will also keep them from popping out if you push too hard when bolting on holds. If you want to get your climbing wall up fast, Round Base is the way to go!
